What you'll do- Be part of a software quality assurance platform team, directly contributing with Quality initiatives and strategy, helping to build and spread it.
- Ensure the Acceptance Criteria
- Participate in the refinement meetings to understand the requirements of the initiatives, raising blocks if needed
- Actively participate in the Agile rituals
- Ensure process good practices and improvements
- Identify problems, risks and dependencies, escalating and managing when necessary
- Promote and defend the best practices within the team and across the stakeholders
- Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements
- Manage test repositories
- Monitor our tests results
- Help to build mechanisms to extract metrics, that support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering/computer science, or areas related to Information Technology, with work experience.
- Experience with documentation.
- In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Comprehensive analytical skills.
- Experience in test specification using BDD/Gherkin.
- Experience in defect analysis and reporting.
- Experience in working or testing integration with web services and microservices (APIs).
- Experience in working or mobile (Android/iOS, both Native).
- Experience in working using API Tools support (like Postman)
- Good interpersonal communication with strong verbal / written skills in English.
- Experience working with a software management system (JIRA is preferred).
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Experience with test automation processes and tools and Frameworks, such as Selenium, Browserstack, LambdaTest, etc.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Experience with test automation using Python, Selenium and Appium
- Familiarity with software built-in Native Mobile.
