ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals and PR initiatives.
Lead and mentor the social media team, providing guidance, professional development, and performance management.
Establish measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks to demonstrate social media ROI to executive leadership.
Oversee budget allocation and resource management across all social platforms and campaigns.
Coordinate with PR, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact.
Direct crisis communications strategies on social channels during sensitive situations.
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging social media trends.
Build and maintain relationships with key platform representatives and industry influencers.
Present social media performance and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives.
Develop innovative approaches to differentiate brand presence across competitive landscapes.
Champion the voice of the customer by incorporating audience insights into strategy development.
Oversee the integration of paid and organic social efforts for maximum effectiveness.

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and strategies to executives.

The starting pay for this position is $897+ USD.
