Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and executing of digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our global audience and advance our reputation. Collaborate with different departments and clients to develop rich content featuring client success stories and positive impact.Support cross-functional thought leadership initiatives to improve overall brand visibility.
Content Creation- Develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and sponsored content.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
- Support in setting up and managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
- We are looking for someone who is Highly creative and able to continuously identify opportunities from our business activities.
- Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
- Support content creation efforts, including planning communications calendars, writing blog posts, crafting social media content, and designing marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and update our website.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Develop email content for our campaigns, and analyze results for continuous improvement.
- Manage our inventory of digital and physical assets and support the logistics related to our trade show participation.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing best practices.
- English fluency is indispensable.
- Experience as a community manager
- A degree in journalism, communications, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related areas.
- Experience with CRM platforms. Salesforce would be a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools.
- Present a portfolio or samples of content development and creation.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
