Role and responsibilities:As a project manager in LANDI do Brasil, your role will be to ensure the successful completion of internal and customer projects.
You will:Ensure all customer requirements (both internal and external), including hardware, software, security, and other relevant aspects, are fully addressed in the project.
Identify the stakeholders (internal and external).
Identify the risks and propose the corrective actions (including LANDI''s roadmap change if needed).
Plan the project, follow its execution with all the stakeholders and escalate when needed.
Report the project status in the dedicated tools (meeting minutes, specifications, actions, risks, GANTT charts).
Control project financial investment aligned with budget approved.
You are autonomous, accountable, professional and able to work with people from various areas of expertise (technical, functional, security).
You are motivated to join a new team and able to propose improvements and take the initiative in a fresh new international environment.
You will help improve the existing project management process and share good practices with our colleagues in different Regions.
Experiences and Training:Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Project Management or Finance (focus on Payment industry).
At least 5 years experience in project management.
Experience in Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence).
Expertise in payment terminal integration project (hardware, software, payment gateways).
Basic knowledge of payment technical requirements and standards (protocols, EMV, PCI) is a plus.
