Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

• Brand Positioning & Awareness: Understand the brand's vision and contribute to its positioning through top-of-funnel strategies.
• Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to drive demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Marketing Automation: Leverage HubSpot to automate marketing processes, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
• Trend & Insights Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Performance Marketing: Execute and measure campaigns across search, social, and content marketing with a strong focus on performance metrics.
• Content Distribution Strategy: Ensure content is effectively distributed across all necessary channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• AI-Driven Optimization: Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing processes, improve targeting, and optimize performance.

• Effective Lead Generation: A steady flow of qualified leads and optimized customer acquisition strategies.
• Seamless Automation: Well-integrated HubSpot workflows that improve efficiency and lead tracking.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Regular analysis of marketing performance leading to continuous campaign improvement.
• Increased Brand Visibility: Successful execution of growth marketing strategies that expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in growth marketing, lead generation, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Strong background in HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM integration.

• Deep knowledge of search, social, and content marketing with a strong focus on performance optimization.
• Proficiency in AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.

• Experience with paid ad campaigns is highly advantageous.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for scaling brand growth.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Adaptable and forward-thinking, eager to implement new marketing technologies and trends.
