Collaborate & Strategize Work closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and the Engineering Head to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor & Guide Conduct code reviews , provide technical leadership, and mentor both contractors and in-house engineers to foster growth and best practices.
Be Agile & Adaptive Participate actively in sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), contributing to a dynamic and efficient development cycle.
What You Must Bring: Extensive Development Expertise A seasoned background in software development , with recent experience leading architecture or technical-focused initiatives.
Mastery in Core Technologies Proven proficiency in Java with Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript , ensuring scalable and efficient applications.
Cloud-Native Experience Hands-on AWS production experience with key services such as ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Route 53, and CloudFront , optimizing cloud-based solutions.
Data Engineering with Databricks Competency in Databricks for data storage and pipeline development , ensuring seamless data flows.
API & Integration Expert Strong experience integrating third-party platforms and external APIs , navigating various data formats for effective interoperability.
Bonus Skills That Set You Apart: Hybrid-Mobile Development Familiarity with Ionic, React Native, or Flutter , adding versatility to multi-platform applications.
AWS Certifications Holding AWS credentials is a plus, demonstrating expertise in cloud infrastructure and services.
