6Hiring influencers and embassadors to AliExperts program.
3Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
4Strong networking skills and experience in managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and measuring ROI.
5Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6Proven ability to lead and manage projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7Experience working in a global company or with cross-cultural teams is preferred.

Qualifications: 1Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2Above eight years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record in the Brazilian market.3Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
4Strong networking skills and experience in managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and measuring ROI.
5Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6Proven ability to lead and manage projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7Experience working in a global company or with cross-cultural teams is preferred.
8Experience working in an ecommerce company is preferred.
