Overview: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to focus on high-growth strategic partners for the AWS business in the LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the development of marketing plans for key strategic partners across the LATAM region, leveraging best practices from the global team.

You will work closely with your counterparts in the global structure, as well as with your peers in the regions, to ensure alignment in the execution and planning of initiatives across the countries in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Partner Development Manager (PDM) and Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to develop joint marketing plans aligned with the goals and business needs of strategic partners.
Localize global partner marketing programs and campaigns for the LATAM region, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance in the local market.
Manage marketing funds and budgets allocated to strategic partners, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
Establish a cadence of Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with key stakeholders to review performance, share updates, and align on strategic initiatives.
Execute demand generation campaigns, events, and other marketing activities to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for strategic partners in the LATAM region.
Serve as the primary marketing contact for the Partner (sales) Team in the LATAM region, providing support, guidance, and regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions.
Drive interlock and alignment with the Field Marketing team to ensure that Partner Marketing programs amplify AWS's marketing priorities in the LATAM region.

Continuously seek to improve communications and resources for partners, ensuring they are aware of the full scope of marketing support offered by AWS.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in partner marketing, preferably with a focus on the technology or cloud computing industry.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and the cloud landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Creativity and innovative thinking, combined with a strong understanding of marketing best practices and trends.
Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or regional environment is highly desirable.

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
