About the role:
Winona is seeking a full-time remote Junior Media Buyer to assist in launching and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge of digital advertising who are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.The primary focus of this role will be to support campaign execution, audience research, and performance monitoring.
Seniority Level: Junior-Mid level
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the setup and launch of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, ensuring that key metrics align with business objectives.
- Audience Research: Conduct market and audience research to refine targeting strategies for new campaigns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets are aligned with campaign goals.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget tracking and allocation.
- Industry Updates: Stay updated on platform updates and industry trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
- A/B Testing: Assist in A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Daily Operations: Support daily campaign operations, including ad adjustments, audience refinements, and ad performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media (internships included).
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, and campaign setup.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or other ad platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in digital media buying.
