What We are looking for
As a Procurement Specialist you will join our dynamic procurement team and will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery. Your role will include:
- Execute the full range of procurement activities for the categories under responsibility (Market search, sourcing, negotiation, Assignments, Purchase Orders, Vendor Mgt, Contract Mgt etc.)
- Handle the purchase order cycle, from identification of needs to timely delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee continuity of supply and optimize performance results
- Manage supplier relationships, through proper communication and collaboration methods
- Source goods and services in accordance with the company’s requirements and standards
- Conduct supplier evaluation based on performance criteria and objectives
- Maintain up-to-date procurement records (supplier lists, offers, price catalogues, contracts, etc.)
- Analyze information and send data to support decision making
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies (Procurement, Approval etc) and regulations
- Develop reporting for management review
- Check, approve and resolve invoice disputes with suppliers
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in organized procurement operations, preferably in an entertainment of financial Services Company
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese (verbally and written)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics knowledge and proven prior procurement achievements, will be considered an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with decision making capabilities, high ethical standards and character integrity
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
