Location & Remote Work

About the Position:
We currently have HRBP specialist positions to support our Fintech structure, corporate/business area.
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will play a crucial role in influencing senior leaders to ensure strategic people management, with a strong focus on project management to drive impact across multiple areas, and managing key talent-related processes and rituals. This includes:
- Business Alignment and Influence:
- Adopt a business-driven approach by understanding the area's OKRs, business priorities, and influencing people-related decision-making.
- Maintain regular 1:1 meetings with senior leaders, participating in key forums and contributing to strategic discussions.
- Organizational Design and Talent Management:
- Provide consultative support on organizational design, identifying opportunities for synergy, workforce movements, and new hires.
- Implement actions that ensure talent development, succession planning, and the creation of high-performance teams.
- Utilize performance evaluations and talent mapping to drive the Talent Management agenda.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Employ a data-driven approach, using key People KPIs (eNPS, turnover, time-to-fill, compensation cycle, talent review) to inform decisions.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track and analyze people metrics.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, including employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, and organizational change efforts.
- People-related Rituals:
- Organize and facilitate key HR rituals such as performance reviews, promotion and merit cycles, and culture-building activities.
- Ensure regular interactions and routines with team specialists to maintain an updated and comprehensive view of the areas supported.
- Proven work experience with generalist Human Resources responsibilities, preferably in a tech company.
- 3 years experience as an HRBP, especially in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting senior leadership on HR and people management topics.
- Project management skills, with a track record of leading and delivering HR projects.
- Proficiency in data-driven environments, with the ability to create and interpret HR reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Ability to influence effectively and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Availability for hybrid work (1 week/month in São Paulo - subject to changes in the future)
