Human Resource And Administration Manager - This role will be responsible for daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth office management, and driving strategic HR initiatives for a growing company.
Key Responsibilities HR Management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, covering organization, talent, and culture.
Establish and optimize HR policies, processes, and compliance according to local labor laws and union regulations.
Lead HR compliance, recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
Drive cultural initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
Administration Oversee office management, vendor coordination, and facility operations.
Handle administrative tasks such as procurement, office supplies, and external service agreements.
Requirements 7+ years of HR and administrative experience, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.
Hands-on experience in organizational development, talent management, and company culture building.
Strong ability to work independently, handling both strategic and operational tasks with a problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English or Chinese (Mandarin) Highly adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
