We are looking for a Engineering Manager - (Front-end) to work with one of our clients: one of the largest and most recognized manufacturers of agricultural and construction equipment in the world.

✨ Responsibilities:
- The professional will be responsible for two main pillars: the evolution and modernization of experiences and new products, aligning with technological trends and the needs of customers and users, and the maintenance of current experiences, ensuring that our customers continue to have a fluid and satisfactory interaction with our products.
- These pillars are fundamental to the company's strategy, as they support our strategic transition and technological modernization process, with a focus on the customer and dealer experience. The ideal candidate will have an innovative vision and will be able to lead projects that transform the way our customers interact with our products, directly contributing to the company's success and growth.
Requisitos e qualificações
✨ Requirements:
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (C1/C2) is mandatory - you will be in touch with customer's Global Team on a daily basis;
- Bachelor’s degree in an Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline;
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, React Native or Python
- Experience with AWS resources (API Gateway, ECS, Lambda, RDS, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.), CI/CD, GitHub, APIs, event-driven architecture, containerization, and automated tests.

- Lead the construction of intuitive and pleasant digital experiences for internal (employees) and external (customers and dealerships) users, taking into account different user profiles;
- Work in collaboration with UX, marketing, sales, credit teams, among others, in building digital solutions to support the bank's growth and achievement of results;
- Integrate new applications with existing ones, ensuring that processes and perceived experience are integrated and fluid;
- Recruit, train, and retain talent, as well as promote a collaborative and productive work environment;
- Monitor and observe application performance by proactively identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues.
