Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns, creating compelling content, and managing our online presence.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Create and schedule engaging social media posts, including text, images, and videos.Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Content Creation: Adapt existing content for social media distribution.
Ensure all content is informative, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
Email Marketing: Assist in the creation of email newsletters, including drafting content and scheduling campaigns.
Utilize email marketing platforms like MailerLite to effectively reach target audiences.
Website Management: Assist with website updates and content management using platforms like Webflow.
Brand Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.
Identify and explore new opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing software (MailerLite preferred).
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Webflow is a plus.
Strong understanding of the bookkeeping industry, particularly QuickBooks Online, is highly preferred.
Experience working with accounting firms or in the financial sector is a significant advantage.
Passion for social media and a strong understanding of online marketing trends.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
