How you will contribute
Drive the vision and delivery of data-Driven products for mondelez finance following established product management practices
Prioritize development items according to deadlines, business context, and technical need
Advocate for and manage funding including budgeting, headcount needs, and other costs
Partner with engineering teams to move finance data products to ai-Readiness
Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, resilience, and innovation in mondelez data landscape
Bridge conversations between financebusiness stakeholders and development teams using knowledge of both mondelez business domain and technical expertise
Think strategically and connect stakeholder use cases to technology solutions while thinking holistically about the end-To-End experience
Deeply understand stakeholder needs, product analytics, and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact.
Requisitos:
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities across stakeholders
Leadership skills including a natural ability to make things happen around you while proactively managing project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
Design and data visualization experience with tableau or power bi
Business acumen and strong working knowledge of corporate finance
Growth/digital mindset and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Cloud experience with data solutions in aws, azure, or google cloud.
Technical expertise in data and analytics including data warehousing, sql, machine learning, and familiarity with modern ai techniques
Experiencewith financial systems specifically sap, sac, and hyperion adefinite plus
Integrity and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
