What you bring to be successful Proven experience of 8-10 years as an SAP FICO consultant, architect, or lead, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions.
Proven track record of successful S/4 HANA implementation projects.
Pre-sales experience, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solution proposals.
Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and ASAP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
