Sales Manager - To lead sales team with focus on Solar Distribution energy Segment, including indirect support on other activities like Logistic, training, After after sales, customer satisfaction.
To develop and follow strategies for retail business segment, EPC companies and also end user for GD.
Lead, manage and motivate the team by providing clear expectations, appropriate coaching, mentoring and feedback.
To follow LOI, NDAs and contracts together with the legal department.
Analyze previous Forecast to keep our strategies of stock according to Brazilian market need based on customer projects.
Develop Sales Forecast, evaluate the stage of opportunities to ensure good management and increase performance, ensuring anassertive forecast.
Periodically monitor market developments, consolidate competitors'' information (technical and commercial analysis) to increase market share and proactively develop future solutions.
Develop strategies to achieve goals, develop sales potential studies, build business reports, analyze metrics and performance indicators for evidence-based decision making.
Manage and update the CRM system, in view of the business strategy with a focus on the customer.
Function Specific Knowledge:Desirable:Graduate / MBA in People Management or Business Management.
Great Leadership skillsSales Methods and Techniques; Persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basics of Electrical and Communication (networks).
Knowledge about the company''s solutions and the solar market.
Experience with distributors, integrators and epicists of the solar area.
Procient in Microsoft Ofce 365(Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook).
Availability for travel.
Valid driver licenseExcellent verbal and written communication.
English level advanced or above.
Education and Minimum Requirements:Mandatory:Full Graduation in Electrical Engineering or related areas.
5+ year of overall experience in sales roleOffice 365CRMFluent/Advanced language skills in EnglishDesirable intermediate Spanish.

Perform account management and support, develop guidelines according to the type of customer and current legislation of the country of operation, keep the database updated and make periodic contacts in order to achieve the company''s goals.To follow LOI, NDAs and contracts together with the legal department.
