Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for an EDSP Value-Added Services (VAS) Manager to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that means third-party operated Delivery Station which uses Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country.

We’ve started 2025 with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners and 2025 plan is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country.

The EDSP VAS Manager will be responsible for defining, sourcing, and negotiating value-added services (VAS) to support EDSPs partners’ needs in starting and running their operations. He/she will make sure all partners will have support services in their growth and scalability, focusing on the adoption, satisfaction and quality of the services.

We expect our team members to identify ways to improve our operations continually.

Key job responsibilities
  • Source and negotiate value-added services that help EDSP partners to operate and scale with operational and business excellence.
  • Onboard and monitor service acquisition by the EDSPs and quality feedbacks to work on a continuous improvement mindset with current and future service providers.
  • Work together with EDSP Operations team and benchmark with other geos to constantly identify potential new services and providers.
  • 30% of time available for travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
