Update and maintain the database with tax and compliance status for assigned population on a monthly and ongoing basis.Action the annual tax service eligibility list for submission to service provider and distribute memo to participants.
Request formal tax cost estimates for taxable inbound assignees and conduct initial review.
Update PMG to send to finance TCE results for accrual booking and mapping.
Advise project management/CFM regarding strategic roll off opportunities to reduce tax costs for project.
Outbound Employees: Track outbound assignee eligibility for tax compliance and tax equalization and document in our database.Assist with the distribution of annual income statements and respond to queries from assignees.
Year End Tasks: Prepare compensation information for assignees with a cross border assignment.
Qualifications: SKILL SET Aptitude for customer service Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English in order to support customers from various countries and time zones Works well under pressure Willingness to experiment, improve and adapt to change Ability to identify what is imperative to act promptly, decisively and without delay.
