Senior Project Manager Manufacturing - The ideal candidate will be based near Mogi Mirim and must be able to work frequently onsite at our production plant.
Ensure strong communication across cross-functional and international teams.
Oversee the integration and necessary upgrades to existing infrastructure.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project risks, conflicts, and changes efficiently and proactively.
Work closely with the manufacturing team on-site at the plant.
Comfortable working in a factory setting; must live close to MogiMirim for easy travel to the plant.
Experience with infrastructure projects (does not need to be hands-on technical but must manage technical integrations and upgrades).
Experience with MES systems (Manufacturing Execution Systems) knowledge of Ignition is a plus.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, planning, execution tracking, budget compliance, and stakeholder management.
This role will focus on overseeing the implementation of a new platform and managing integrations with the Client''s infrastructure, collaborating with teams across India, the USA, and other international locations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects using a PMP-based, Waterfall/Hybrid project management approach.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track project budgets.Ensure strong communication across cross-functional and international teams.
Oversee the integration and necessary upgrades to existing infrastructure.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project risks, conflicts, and changes efficiently and proactively.
Work closely with the manufacturing team on-site at the plant.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure project deliverables align with technical requirements.
Top Technical Skills and Experience: Proven background as a Senior Project Manager in manufacturing environments.
PMP certification or PMP-style project management experience strongly preferred.Comfortable working in a factory setting; must live close to MogiMirim for easy travel to the plant.
Experience with infrastructure projects (does not need to be hands-on technical but must manage technical integrations and upgrades).
Experience with MES systems (Manufacturing Execution Systems) knowledge of Ignition is a plus.
