What We are looking for

As a Content & Social Media Coordinator at Novibet, you will create and manage engaging content across our digital platforms, including social media, blog, and website. You’ll schedule and monitor posts, engage with our audience, and support campaign execution.

Working with the marketing team, you'll ensure content aligns with our strategy, while tracking performance to drive continuous improvement and audience growth.

What you will work on
  • Creating and curating engaging content tailored for multiple platforms (website, blog, social media, etc.)
  • Managing and scheduling posts across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Coordinating social media interactions, enhancing brand engagement
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with promotional strategies
  • Conducting regular analysis of social media performance metrics to inform content strategy and improvements
  • Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating best practices in content creation and social media management
  • Assisting in the development of campaigns and promotions to enhance audience reach and engagement
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content and management.
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique features
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in content management systems and social media scheduling tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts and preferably sports related
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
