Overview:

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in São Paulo, Brasil. This is a critical role within our LATAM operations, where you will be responsible for driving enterprise-level sales and expanding our market presence.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with key clients across the region and globe, focusing on large enterprises with 15,000+ employees. If you have a strong successful sales background and are eager to make a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within Latin America, primary emphasis on Brasil
  • Create business plans within the company framework
  • Identify prospects and define contact programs
  • Grow, nurture, and leverage professional network to create opportunities
  • Arrange prospect meetings and manage the entire sales cycle
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue growth and achieve targets set in the sales quota plan
  • Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours
  • Maintain and update HireRight’s sales database (Salesforce) daily
  • Manage and lead responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information)
  • Ensure appropriate pricing for opportunities to maintain business profit margins
  • Work with Customer Onboarding to ensure seamless implementation of new business contracts
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to promote HireRight and generate new business
  • Following training, become self-sufficient in demonstrating services/products
  • Contribute to sales meetings and sales pipeline review meetings, ensuring agreed actions are completed on time
  • Ensure proper client handover processes to support teams with all relevant information provided
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, with a focus on large organizations (15,000+ employees)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the LATAM market, emphasis on Brasil
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Knowledge of employment screening market and familiarity with legislation relating to employment screening, data protection and security would be desirable. Alternatively, a background in Human Resources or the Recruitment sector is beneficial
  • Ability to lead complex sales processes, including RFPs and RFIs
  • Comfortable and confident with C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to travel within the LATAM and North American region
