About the JobWe are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who is passionate about financial data analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and analytical skills.
You will play a key role in supporting management and leadership decision-making through financial simulations and data-driven insights.
ResponsibilitiesCreate financial scenarios and business plans to support strategic decision-making for leadership.
Build and refine financial models for Budget, Forecast, and Actual vs.
Budget comparisons.
Perform financial simulations and predictive analyses, providing insights that drive company decisions and performance.
Ensure financial information is compliant and accessible to stakeholders.
Act as the primary FP&A contact, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for the Board and Leadership.
Develop and monitor KPIs, management reports, and budget tracking (OpEx and CapEx).
Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
Advanced Excel skills (Google Sheets preferred) and programming knowledge (SQL, Python, or similar).
Strong knowledge of controllership, treasury, cash flow, scenario modeling, and corporate finance.
Experience in budget planning, project costing, and pricing.
Experience managing financial investments, loans, and financing.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in corporate finance within the tech sector (SaaS).
Advanced English proficiency.
Competency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis.
Experience in startup environments.
Familiarity with foreign exchange operations, offshore structures, and currency risk mitigation.
