Amazon Logistics is looking for a Logistics Process Management Analyst to be a part of the team that drives the expansion of the Amazon Hub network across the country.
The Amazon Hub structure is an AMZL hybrid operation that uses partner small companies to carry out AMZL's urban logistics in high-risk, low-density and remote areas, through the use of AMZL's main technologies and processes, aiming for the best service in the category to our customers in Brazil.
Key job responsibilities- Analyze and report on Hub Delivery metrics, supply chain KPIs, and network expansion progress
- Deep dive into complex operational challenges using quality methodologies
- Manage data across Amazon systems (Mercury, QLDB, Admiral, Salesforce) and automate processes
- Implement and track action plans (MAPs) for operational improvements
- Provide cross-functional support with situational leadership, partnering with field teams and senior leadership
- Conduct supply chain analytics to optimize route planning, package flow, and network efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced English
- Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences- Experience with end-to-end project management
