Sr Project Analyst

Sr Project Analyst - Oversee and direct activities of personnel assigned to the project providing strategic insight when required.
Provide project leadership and ensure tasks and deliverables are completed.
Guarantee that timeline changes, delays, risks & issues are escalate.
Evaluate the rationale for all delays or missed deliverables.
Provide project reports with a status on key deliverables, issues and any associated risks Monitor risk mitigation strategy and action Plans based upon deliverables or communication from sponsors or project committees.
Provide a centralized structure to coordinate and manage the project, resources, teams, activities, and communication.
Ensure overall project process and deliverable quality.
Serve as the central point of communication and coordination for the project.
Ensuring timely communication with thekey stakeholders.
Development of project documentation Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, as well as on the progress of the project.
Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes.
Work closely with all functions - Front office, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk etc.
To ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
Manage situations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of the project.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Strong knowledge of Global Banking Products and/or ITO processes.
Have strong interpersonal / communication skills, ability to communicate with various seniority levels within the organization.
