This role is responsible for support & control functions across DS CUs pre-sales & delivery team, including enabling transparency, benchmarking and best practice generation and re-use across CUs to drive excellence in operational plan execution.
Based on solid understanding of the service delivery model and efficiency agenda, Head of Agile Business Operations and Transformation will act in the business partner capacity for the CU management team, challenge it with relevant and actionable insights and proactively support to reach targets.
Digital services business heavily depends on right competence at the right place with the right cost.This role will drive the planning of the CU DS competence mix, resource and forecast plans and cost levels, ensuring execution of business strategy and transformation.
The detailed responsibilities and authorities include:Business Planning & PerformancePerformance management.
Drive target setting process for Digital Services in CUMonitor CU financial and non- financial performance vs targets, including translation of financial, business and operational performance status into actions to be executed by the digital teamsReport the financial/business/operational figures for the consolidated DS business in CU, actuals and trends, identify deviations and improvement opportunities to secure profitable growth and efficiency gainsSecure DS CU performance and governance/reporting.
Responsible for DS CU operational and business KPI follow up, control deviations and set plan for improvement actions.Overall success of the unit will be measured across financial, customer satisfaction, operational and people indicatorsPre-sales OPEX planning, control and analysisSupport CU NCE Digital Services teams with big data / business analytics to improve on Performance, Quality and SpeedUse insights from the big data/ business analytics performed by the central Business Operations team to drive actions that improve Performance, Quality and Speed in the DS CUWorkforce, Resource Management and DemandAccountable for Digital Services CU capability and dimensioning resource planning to secure the business growth, profitability and other financial and non-financial targets (right cost structure, mixof job roles, competences, seniority and delivery centres)Demand and workforce management.
