ATP Sales Manager, Training & Certification

As an AWS Training Partner (ATP) Sales Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share of Amazon Web Services and grow adoption of cloud-based solutions. You will drive AWS training services revenue with AWS account teams and customers focusing on AWS Training & Certification Digital solutions.
You will possess both a business background that enables you to engage at the executive level, as well as a sales background that enables you to easily interact with SMB, Startup and Greenfield customers and as well as account teams to support the AWS T&C sales process.
Expand existing AWS footprint in existing accounts and new customer acquisition to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets working with AWS account teams to close opportunities that drive AWS revenues with prospects and customers
Build deep relationships with customers in your defined territory to fully understand their business and technical needs.
Effectively manage, deliver, and measure field seller enablement activities and levels.
Advise customers and account teams on the value of partners, strategies for engagement, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
You will possess both a business background that enables you to engage at the executive level, as well as a sales background that enables you to easily interact with SMB, Startup and Greenfield customers and as well as account teams to support the AWS T&C sales process.
You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. You should be prepared to develop and execute against account plans and a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets.
Key job responsibilities
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical with multiple account teams through effective pipeline and opportunity management.Expand existing AWS footprint in existing accounts and new customer acquisition to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- 1- Understand cloud technologies and distributed computing at a high level and relate back to curriculum.
- 2- Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
- 3- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- 4- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- 5- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- 6- Exceptional understanding of the Training Partner Channel Management, preferably within the IT Training Industry
