Cashboard is building AI-powered financial analysis software. Backed by Y Combinator, we've been growing very rapidly since August 2023.

Cashboard’s AI agents help finance teams automatically analyze all their critical data and automatically share analysis with top decisionmakers. Instead of hiring a small army of human analysts, they can employ agents within Cashboard to produce 10x as much analysis, 10x faster, for 1/10th the cost.

Position Overview:

As our growth accelerates, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success & Operations Analyst to join Cashboard as our first onboarding & customer success hire. This is a remote position.

The Customer Success & Operations Analyst will execute new client onboardings from start to finish, and will respond to support requests from existing customers. This role will be responsible for ensuring that new customers are onboarded and implemented successfully, and that existing customers' support requests are quickly resolved.

This role will involve frequent communication with customers, project management, writing SQL, building charts & dashboards in an analytics/BI studio, and AI prompt engineering.

This role will be highly impactful and will work extremely closely with Cashboard's Founder/CEO as well as with our Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementations/Onboardings/Business Intelligence
  • Collaborate closely with Cashboard's Founder & Product team to gather requirements during the early phases of onboarding a client
  • Write client onboarding project plans
  • Deliver integrations requirements to engineering
  • Translate client reporting requirements into SQL
  • Take client materials and convert them into Cashboard-useable materials
  • Build datasets using SQL and charts using either a UI-based chart builder or SQL as needed
  • Write prompts for Cashboard AI to generate reports on behalf of clients
  • Configure Cashboard app for implementations & client updates
  • Work closely with product team to implement processes and tools to streamline onboardings
Customer Success
  • Quickly & thoughtfully respond to client inquiries via email & Slack
  • Work closely with product team to review ad-hoc feature requests from customers and turn those into clear engineering requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Support or Operations role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Excellent critical thinking.
  • Excellent project management abilities & attention to detail.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership & urgency.
  • Proven experience writing SQL and building dashboards.
  • AI experience (you use ChatGPT or other tools on a regular basis).
  • Bonus points for experience with financial reporting and analytics, ideally coming from an FP&A background.
