This role will help identify and prioritize opportunities focused on areas of their product, like signup, onboarding, activation and retention, using data-driven experimentation and working in rapid iteration cycles.
Responsibilities Understand users through data and customer research, adding logging and building reports.
Identify opportunities for product improvement using data, research, insight, and creativity.
Execute high-velocity experiments to drive user and revenue metrics.
Develop new flows, interfaces, and features to enhance the overall site experience.
Build reusable, maintainable systems and write clean, well-tested code.
Review and mentor on code quality and technical best practices.
Provide leadership and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers.
Requirements 5+ years of professional experience as Software Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer.
5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails, React, Javascript.
Automated testing experience, TDD, BDD, CI/CD knowledge.
Experience providing technical leadership in small teams.
Proficient in data-driven growth and experimentation.

Experience providing technical leadership in small teams.
Proficient in data-driven growth and experimentation.
Results-oriented problem-solving with high-quality product delivery.
