- Developing the EIM portfolio knowledge, technical skills and soft skills of the SC team and the wider SC community to be up to delivering first class support.
- Supporting with his/her team a well-defined part of the regional business, in regular contact with the VP, International Presales- Working with Sales to qualify opportunities and mitigate risks.
) to reduce the risk of a deal being lost to product issues.
- Takes personal ownership of the most important deals his/her team is involved in each quarter.
- Presents high level strategy to CxO level executives.
- Leveraging existing data sources (ex.
SFDC) to develop ROI metrics and reporting for both operational and Sales Management use to ensure the performance and direction of the team are in line with corporate and local revenue goals- Developing an atmosphere of trust, understanding and assisting each other within the team and contributing to an overall team spirit throughout assigned region.
