Share People Hub in partnership with global company, is searching for a Frontend Developer (React), to work in remote model.
What you'll do- Participate in the definition of the best practices and architecture standards, considering the company strategies and the market trends.
- Stay aligned with Engineering Managers for decentralized technical decisions.
- Participate in high level requirements meetings, helping product and design teams to prepare their initiatives, epics and stories we will develop.
- Support the squad in making technical decisions and creating standards.
- Responsible for suggesting new tools and technologies to solve the problems.
- Talk and elaborate ideas and raise issues for both technical and non-technical people.
- Actively contribute to the Frontend Chapter and disseminate technical knowledge/propose improvements.
- Help with the career development of other professional developers.
- Technical integration between squads.
- Identification, prioritization, and resolution of technical debts and bugs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field and full-time Software Engineering work experience.
- Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving.
- Be proficient in React, Typescript/JavaScript and Next.js
- Experience in React Native and Flutter is a plus.
- Knowledge in Micro Frontends is a plus
- Knowledge in Microservices is a plus
- Experience GraphQL and Rest APIs
- Experience in Azure Devops
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and Web Vitals.
- Experience with Cloud platforms and major providers.
- Experience with Web Components.
- Experience in Monitoring Tools, Metrics and Observability.
- Experience in Agile Framework.
- Experience in DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD) and main tools.
- Knowledge in Unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library, BDD)
