Candidates should have 6+ years of technical program management experience and practical knowledge and skill in the use of project management methodologies and agile tools.
Demonstrated experience managing complex technology projects from requirements definition through delivery of solution, including communication of status and results throughout the organization, is essential.

As a Senior TPM you will:Enable transparency and decision-making across FinTech and Tax leadership by providing critical communication and clear status of the initiatives you own.
Manage technical programs to continuously improve our capabilities as Tax team needs continue to grow.
Work across organizations to ensure we continue marrying internal support capabilities with best-in-class customer experience as new services and features are launched.
Unify distributed engineering efforts and own plans to deliver quality outcomes for our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities:Owning, building, and driving customer requests with key local and global stakeholders such as business, tax, legal, accounting, operations, and tech.
Build and manage high-quality product roadmaps and programs based on your vision and strategy.
Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
Promote data-driven decision-making throughout the team.
Partner with different teams to identify and influence the development of new initiatives and services.
Address barriers through problem-solving and coordination with stakeholders.
Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Minimum Qualifications:8+ years of experience in project management, strategy, design, and development, with a solid track record in software-based products.
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, to deliver large-scale projects on tight deadlines.
Fluency in English (business level; speaking and writing).
Passion for creating innovative products and services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
Knowledge regarding Brazilian tax systems/laws.
