Lead Salesforce Developer

About the Role:

• We’re looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our growing team.
• This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership.
• You'll design scalable Salesforce solutions, manage developer capacity, and collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement of a custom Salesforce application.

Responsibility:

• Lead solution design and development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Delivery Managers to align on priorities and resource planning
• Support and guide developers; manage capacity, remove blockers, and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Conduct code reviews, oversee testing, and lead product demos
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for technical architecture, processes, and business workflows
• Customize and manage Salesforce managed packages and integrations
• Handle enhancement requests, ongoing support, and platform maintenance

• 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 1–3 years of experience leading or managing technical Salesforce teams
• Expertise with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and API integrations
• Strong communication, planning, and documentation skills
• Experience working with complex data models, asynchronous Apex, and HTTP callouts
• Familiarity with managing packaged solutions within Salesforce

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Architecture
• Experience with tools like Inspire Planner, Taskray, or other project management apps
• Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Background in technical project management or leadership training
