Join us and grow your career with a dynamic and fully supportive company committed to your professional development!Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit;Ensure accurate audience targeting and strategic selection of keywords and ad formats;Monitor and analyze campaign metrics like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS;Implement A/B testing on creatives, messages, and segmentation strategies;Collaborate with the content, design, and CRO teams to create conversion-driven ads;Contribute to integrated sales funnel strategies, ensuring synergy with paid media and other channels;Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization;Use analytical tools like Google Analytics to measure results and understand campaign impact;Plan and allocate budgets efficiently for cost-effective campaign execution;Track the financial performance of campaigns to achieve ROI targets.
Qualifications:Proven experience with paid media on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads;Solid knowledge of segmentation strategies, remarketing, and campaign optimization;Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio;Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies;Experience in managing paid media budgets and controlling ROI/ROAS goals;Experience in running campaigns for markets outside Brazil (big plus);Advanced English proficiency.
