LATAM Business Analyst, LATAM Marketplace

Over 2 million sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.

You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale a business in a new geography. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

• Understand Seller Experience processes and related key metrics, deriving insight, finding improvement opportunities, and challenging status quo.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of key metrics across regions, establishing benchmarks and best practices.
• Partner with global business and product teams to guarantee data consistency and accuracy.
• Promote data-driving decision making throughout teams.
• Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
• Transform data into actionable insights in the form of detailed narratives, influencing peers and senior leadership.
• Propose goals and additional metrics, track progress, and report on status of deliveries.- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience managing reporting and analysis- Knowledge of SQL and VBA
• Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations
