We’re seeking a self-driven Growth Marketer & Builder who will be instrumental in designing and executing breakthrough growth strategies. You’ll be at the crossroads of technology, creativity, and agility—constantly experimenting and iterating on processes that scale user acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Design and implement scalable growth and AI-powered strategies such as growth loops and rapid experiments.
- Build and optimize automated growth workflows by integrating APIs and leveraging low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, etc.).
- Develop and maintain innovative solutions to drive user acquisition and activation, including micro-SaaS initiatives, CRO, email automation funnels, and tailored journey mapping.
- Analyze performance metrics and conversion patterns to quickly identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and iterate improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, data, and marketing) to ensure growth initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Utilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance growth tactics, streamline operations, and stay ahead of the curve in growth innovation.
- Familiarity with AI tools for hyper-fast growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience in growth hacking and building automated processes, ideally in startup or high-growth settings.
- Proven expertise with low-code/no-code tools and API integrations to create innovative, scalable solutions.
- Basic programming skills, particularly in JavaScript, to tackle more advanced tasks.
- Experience architecting and optimizing growth and self-sustaining user acquisition systems.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative setting where speed, agility, and creative problem-solving are key.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to dive into data, troubleshoot technical challenges, and iterate rapidly.
- A results-oriented, agile approach to problem-solving combined with creative experimentation in growth tactics.
- Exposure to microsaas product development and other cutting-edge growth initiatives.
- Background in product development or marketing analytics within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
