Supply Chain Analyst, Reverse Logistic & Recommerce

Amazon is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Brazil, specifically supporting the Recommerce and Reverse Logistics process. This role represents a critical position within our Brazil Operations organization, helping to optimize our network performance with connection to the business and all FCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the weekly planning process in conjunction with commercial teams, including demand planning, capacity management, and performance tracking;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to monitor operational efficiency, cost metrics, and capacity utilization of business partners;
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and monthly meetings;
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Quicksight/Tableau to provide real-time visibility into performance;
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities;
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and develop action plans to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency;
- Lead deep-dive analyses to identify trends and root causes for performance deviations;
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the broader Amazon Fulfillment ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities;
- Effective communication skills to present complex data to various stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with supply chain metrics and KPI development;
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements.

- Experience working as business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role and conducting analysis and data mining using Excel;
- Experience extracting and processing data using SQL;
- Experience creating Macros to solve business needs;
- Experience conducting statistical analysis using Python.- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling;
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and data presentation) and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment;
- Software development experience / Coding knowledge;
