Supply Chain Analyst, Reverse Logistic & Recommerce

Amazon is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Brazil, specifically supporting the Recommerce and Reverse Logistics process. This role represents a critical position within our Brazil Operations organization, helping to optimize our network performance with connection to the business and all FCs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the weekly planning process in conjunction with commercial teams, including demand planning, capacity management, and performance tracking;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to monitor operational efficiency, cost metrics, and capacity utilization of business partners;
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and monthly meetings;
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Quicksight/Tableau to provide real-time visibility into performance;
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities;
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and develop action plans to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency;
• Lead deep-dive analyses to identify trends and root causes for performance deviations;
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the broader Amazon Fulfillment ecosystem.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;

• Effective communication skills to present complex data to various stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with supply chain metrics and KPI development;
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements.

• Experience working as business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role and conducting analysis and data mining using Excel;
• Experience extracting and processing data using SQL;
• Experience creating Macros to solve business needs;
• Experience conducting statistical analysis using Python.- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling;
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and data presentation) and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams;
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment;
• Software development experience / Coding knowledge;
