I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Product Designer Senior or Master to work on an international project.
As a Product Designer at CI&T, you will be part of the team responsible for the concept and creation of B2B web e-commerce solutions, focused on the user experience of complex businesses and the creation of interfaces that connect our solutions with millions of customers across various countries.In this role, you will specifically manage the design of our admin features (back-office functionalities) and post-order experiences, including order tracking and account management.
You will work closely with fellow product designers, product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to bring our products to life through delightful and effective product experiences. You should think empathetically from a user mindset, be inclined towards customer-centrism, work best collaboratively, and be rarely satisfied with the first iteration.This role sits within the product organization and reports to the Global Product Design Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate & Influence: Partner with engineering, product management, and commercial teams to define and execute a shared vision for our digital experience, with a strong focus on admin features and post-order functionalities.
- Lead UX Strategy: Own your squad’s product design roadmap, shaping customer journey maps, user flows, and service blueprints to guide impactful solutions.
- Design & Deliver: Drive end-to-end design execution—from early discovery and prototyping to shipping products and iterating based on feedback.
- Facilitate & Align: Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and critiques to bring stakeholders into the design process, aligning on challenges and opportunities.
- Advocate for the User: Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, balancing business goals with a great customer experience.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Proven Experience with Web E-commerce Platforms: Experienced in creating engaging user experiences that focus on shopping journeys and drive meaningful business impact, particularly within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Strong Communicator & Storyteller: Able to articulate design decisions clearly, influence stakeholders, and present ideas effectively in English.
- Proven Experience Shipping Global Digital Products: Worked in cross-functional teams, using iterative processes informed by both qualitative and quantitative insights to build solutions shipped globally.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects: Adaptable and able to shift focus while maintaining high-quality work.
- Experience with User Testing Techniques: Skilled in structuring and conducting user tests, both online and in-person, and adapting the format according to project needs and timelines.
- Advanced English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with B2B E-commerce Web Platforms: Experience in creating e-commerce platforms for business as users.
- Experience with Admin Platforms: Skilled in creating solutions focused on admin platforms.
