Manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone- Outbound prospecting to build pipeline for Inside and Field Sales Teams
- Ensure efficient lead routing to appropriate sales teams
- Review, contact, and qualify marketing-generated leads
- Pass qualified opportunities to New Business Hunter team, based on established rules of engagement
- Generate sales by phone for defined new customer segments, from initial contact to signed agreement
- Focus on the value that Monotype brings to an organization by understanding the pain points that prospective customers are currently experiencing.
- Work with sales managers and sales enablement to stay well versed in client products
- Collaborate with sales managers and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approaches
- Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions
Perfil desejável
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience- 6+ months of telesales experience in a business-to-business environment
- Interest to grow & excel in Sales
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution ability
- Ability to engage customers and build strong relationships
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed
- Experience with customer relationship management software and knowledge of marketing automation software
- Ability to embrace change and learn quickly
- CLT base salary + commissions (Tier 1 SaaS B2B salary)
