I’m helping Silhouette MD find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Customer Care Associate.

This is a cool job because you'll provide compassionate support to help patients achieve real, lasting wellness transformations.

Compensation:

USD 1K - 2K/month.

+ Bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation)

Location:

Remote (For residents of Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Guatemala, Panama, Venezuela, Chile, and Belize residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management), customer service, and messaging apps.
  • English - Fully fluent.

Role: Customer Care Associate.
Type: Remote – Full-Time (Must be available during U.S. business hours).

Location: Latin America preferred.

We’re looking for empathetic, tech-savvy professionals to support our clients on their health and wellness journey. You'll handle patient communication via phone, text, and email—providing outstanding support with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries with kindness and clarity across phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and follow-up support.
  • Monitor patient progress and offer encouragement or escalation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and care teams to improve retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent required).
  • Experience in customer service, patient care, or wellness preferred.
  • Tech proficiency (CRM platforms, email, messaging apps).
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence, and clear communication.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Medical or wellness-related experience is a plus.
