I’m helping Silhouette MD find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Customer Care Associate.

Compensation:
USD 1K - 2K/month.
+ Bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation)
Location:
Remote (For residents of Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Guatemala, Panama, Venezuela, Chile, and Belize residents).

Type: Remote – Full-Time (Must be available during U.S. business hours).
Location: Latin America preferred.
We’re looking for empathetic, tech-savvy professionals to support our clients on their health and wellness journey. You'll handle patient communication via phone, text, and email—providing outstanding support with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries with kindness and clarity across phone, chat, and email.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and follow-up support.
- Monitor patient progress and offer encouragement or escalation as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and care teams to improve retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent required).
- Experience in customer service, patient care, or wellness preferred.
- Tech proficiency (CRM platforms, email, messaging apps).
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and clear communication.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Medical or wellness-related experience is a plus.
