Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

About the role:

The CRM Analyst will play an important role within our team, implementing CRM campaigns to increase customers engagement, loyalty and sales. She/he will be the focal point to develop and implement digital sales channel initiatives.

What you need:

  • Knowledge in CRM, Sales Channels and Digital Marketing;
  • Analytical skills. A problem solver with a curious mindset;
  • Knowledge in excel and SQL/SAS is required;
  • Experience with insurance and Consorcio products is a plus;
  • Advanced English;
  • Power BI advanced is a plus.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate digital sales operations: planning, execution and management;
  • Interface with other areas (operations, product, customer service, IT, marketing, sales) to solve issues in operation and customer's journey, generating corrective and preventive actions;
  • Follow the customer journey, identify opportunities and improvements, as well as lead the execution;
  • Set up and execute CRM campaigns working with internal GMF teams and vendors;
  • Coordinate vendor and partners in digital sales channel projects, such as call center and CRM/Communication agencies;
  • Understand customers journey and find out opportunities to be in contact with them in order to increase customers engagement, loyalty and sales;
  • Monitor KPIs and make recommendations to improve performance;
  • Manipulate data bases in order to create frequent campaigns and measure their results;
  • Provide briefing of CRM and Digital Marketing campaigns to the Agencies;
  • Proactively develop, coordinate, and provide on-going status of the projects and campaigns;
  • Acquires and maintains in-depth knowledge of all database used and process involved;
  • Quickly respond to and resolve database problems.
