Responsibilities Provide support (writing fixes with C#/C++ code and JavaScript scripts) in existing application; Contact with people from other countries (multicultural); exposure to other types of work; contact with different customizations; different activities and different functionalities; Ability to evaluate the effort of the activities requested; Develop software, collecting information and verifying the viability of the implementation; Responsible to attend the tasks regarding the customer support; Break down tasks for other developers and offer guidance to the team when they are blocked; Work with developers to create new code, maintain the existing code and propose enhancements to existing features when applicable; Work with quality engineers to create and enhance tests, from unit tests to integration tests, functional tests, and test cases to cover existing features.
