Microsoft Engineer
Microsoft Engineer - The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong technical depth across Microsoft cloud services, and hands-on experience with migrations, deployments, and day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and support Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, and hybrid configurations.
Manage and optimize SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune environments.Use PowerShell extensively for automation and administrative tasks (EXO, MSOnline, AzureAD, Graph).
Implement and maintain Azure AD configurations, including Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA policies.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
Lead or support Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant transitions and hybrid scenarios.
Provide strategic input on project planning for Exchange migrations, Intune roadmap deployment, and transitioning collaboration tools (e.
g.
, from Zoom to Teams).
Required Skills and Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, especially: Exchange Online SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams OneDrive Intune Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
Strong command of Azure Active Directory , including identity management and security policies.Proficient in managing Windows Server , Active Directory , DNS , and Group Policy .
Ability to assess existing environments and provide actionable recommendations for optimization or migration.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with Microsoft 365 migrations , including tenant-to-tenant .
Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and other M365 security tools.Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments is a plus.
