We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with over 1 year of experience in managing recruitment for a wide range of positions. In this role you will need strong skills in candidate evaluation and analysis, with the ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.Autonomy, responsibility, and advanced English proficiency are key to succeeding in this role.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct evaluations of candidates, including skill assessments, experience reviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience across different types of positions.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating candidate profiles.
- Ability to work independently with high levels of responsibility and commitment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
