As HR Analyst, recruitment and Employee Relations, LAC you are responsible for overseeing and managing the various functions and processes related to human resources within Ten. Your primary goal is to ensure that we develop and retain the best talent while maintaining a positive work environment and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and provide strategic HR guidance on a wide range of topics. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand business needs, and implement HR best practices will be essential in fostering a positive work culture and maximizing employee engagement and productivity.
You will work closely with the wider People Ops and BPM team.

Requirements
Recruitment- Lead end-to-end Ten blueprint recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, prepare and send the offer letters to candidates in line with Ten Policies and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring strategies.
- Provide reports and insights about the recruitment process.
- Use recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Workable, etc.
- Work with recruitment third parties when required.
- Participate in Recruitment Fairs, Organize Open Houses in-company.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent and Acquisition Team in a regular basis.
- Work with Global HR, Talent Acquisition and Marketing team to support to promote Tens Brand as a great place to work.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and respect, and fosters a sense of belonging and collaboration among employees.
- Establish open and transparent communication channels between employees and management.
- Implement initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale.
- Manage Jira tickets and address employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other HR departments, such as Payroll and Compliance.
- Encourage employees within the business to self-serve using the HR tools available, using each opportunity to educate on HR issues to promote self-sufficiency.
- Continually drive innovation in all areas of HR
- All other ad-hoc activities, as instructed by senior People Experience personnel.
- Be the go-to person from HR in the office you are based.
- Be responsible for employee offboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient offboarding process while adhering to company policies and legal requirements and
- Provide all relevant reports.
- Ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures including PCI for New Starters and Employee Journey etc.
- Ensure PCI compliance (e.g., visible badge wearing) in the Office.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the HR team to manage facilities of the offices in New York, Las Vegas, and Toronto.
- Support to manage equipment in collaboration between HR and IT.
