The RoleWe are seeking a proactive accounting manager with expertise in accounting and tax to submit monthly and quarterly reports to corporate offices, perform account reconciliations for GL, AR, and AP, and provide support for FP&A requests while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and principles.
Local and US GAAP experience is required.What Youll DoSubmit monthly, quarterly, and annual trial balances in accordance with local and US GAAP guidelines.
Utilize ERP systems such as Oracle, Totvs, and Cognos.
Supervise external accounting firms to ensure compliance with internal and external SOX reviews and tax regulations.
Interact with local management, sales and operations, C2C, P2P, and FP&A teams.
What Youll BringA minimum of 10 years of experience with IFRS, US GAAP, and local currency.
Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
