Sales Manager/ Country Operations Manager - Position: Sales Manager/ Country Operations Manager Responsabilities: Serve as the primary representative for the company in the country, building relationships with key distributors, agents and other partners.
Collaborate with customers, answer their questions, and solve their problems.Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and expand the company's footprint in the local market, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and P&L management for the local subsidiary.
Lead local hiring and personnel management, creating a cohesive team to support production and business activities.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, particularly in safety and environmental practices.
Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure business activities align with growth targets and company strategies.
Report regularly to Headquarters, providing insights on market trends, competitor activities,and performance metrics.
Certificação Conhecimento Qualifications and Experience: Technical experience in a dye house laboratory or dyestuff production setting.
Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, with strong skills in business development and team management.Excellent knowledge of dyestuff handling, formulation, color matching, and safety protocols.
Strategic and financial acumen to drive business growth and manage budgets.
Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, team members, and corporate leadership.
Written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
Preferred Skills: Bachelors degree chemical engineering or related field.
Knowledge of powder handling equipment and basic mechanical troubleshooting.Proficiency in quality control tools and testing procedures specific to dyestuff manufacturing.
