Social Media Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are hiring a creative and self-motivated Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our online presence, specifically for our credit repair business. The ideal candidate must understand modern social media trends, with a focus on generating engagement and conversions through reels, videos, and strategic content—not just static flyers.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule engaging social media content (primarily for credit repair)
Develop reels, videos, and visual storytelling formats
Grow followers and increase engagement through consistent posting
Respond to comments and DMs professionally and promptly
Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy as needed
Collaborate with the business owner and credit repair VA for brand consistency

Requirements:

Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content creation
Proficient in video editing and content design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
Understanding of audience behavior in financial/credit repair space
Proven ability to grow social pages and drive organic engagement
Takes initiative and adapts to feedback quickly
