We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Trainee to work with our team in Brazil.
What will be your challenges?- You will learn how to perform the end to end recruitment and selection process with a buddy.
- You will learn and become the expert in posting vacancies on Linkedin and job boards in a regional way.
- Provide support in talent programs
- You will have the opportunity to participate in the organization of one of the most important recruitment processes of the company: Graduate Program! who are our future leaders of Ausenco
- Support in employer branding activities: fairs and talks at Universities!
- Recent graduate in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or related fields.
- Availability to do an internship for 1 year (Indispensable)
- Intermediate English (since you will be part of a multicultural team!)
- Experience doing internships in Human Resources (Desirable)
