Responsibilities and Duties Develop innovative tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources; Create custom interfaces, workflows, and technical elements within Salesforce to enhance user experience; Provide training to junior developers and support their professional growth; Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Salesforce implementations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and relevant APIs; Assist with third-party API integrations; Take ownership of issues from resolution to deployment, including translating business needs into technical requirements, troubleshooting, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement; Collaborate with internal teams on technical challenges and guide product roadmap and new feature development; Support a culture of collaboration, respect, operational excellence, and delivering customer value; Analyze complex business and technical requirements to inform solution design and delivery; Optimize existing architecture and performance following best practices and industry standards; Manage and prioritize multiple Salesforce development tasks and deliverables; Establish best practices for code reviews, documentation, and the Salesforce development lifecycle; Conduct testing of Salesforce code, components, and integrations, and assist in writing user testing instructions for business users.
